Privacy notice
The business registration is in progress. The registration number, tax number and registered address will be added here once it completes. Everything else below already applies.
Who handles your data
Vince Nándorfi, owner of the business trading as Nandorfix. For any data protection question write to [email protected]. I answer personally, not a support desk.
What data is collected
The contact form asks for your name and e-mail address, because without them I cannot reply. The phone number is optional. The message contains whatever you write in it. The form asks for nothing beyond this and stores nothing beyond it.
What it is used for
Only to answer your enquiry, and, if it turns into work together, to arrange that work. I send no newsletters, and I do not sell or pass on your data for marketing. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who else has access
Your message passes through a few services before it reaches my mailbox. Each one operates under its own privacy policy, and none of them uses the content for its own purposes.
- Cloudflare: serving the site, resolving the domain, and receiving the form.
- Resend: delivering the e-mail that the form generates.
- Porkbun: the domain registration and the [email protected] mailbox.
- Google: incoming mail is forwarded here, and this is where I read it.
How long it is kept
If the enquiry does not lead to work together, I delete the correspondence within a year of the conversation ending. If we sign a contract, accounting records must be kept for the statutory period, currently eight years.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no tracking cookies and loads no external analytics. Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser sends no data to third parties because of them. Cloudflare logs requests in order to serve them, as every web server does.
Your rights
You may at any time request a copy, correction or deletion of the data held about you, ask for processing to be restricted, object to it, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and I will act within one month at the latest. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
If you want to complain
Please write to me first, because most things are settled with one e-mail. If that leads nowhere, you may contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, [email protected], naih.hu. You may also go to court.
