The content of this site
The texts here, the structure of the site, its visual solutions and the code behind them are my own work. Quoting and linking with attribution is fine. Wholesale copying, reproduction or passing it off as your own is not.
Work I have delivered
A finished website belongs to the client. Who edits it afterwards is a matter of agreement: some manage it themselves, others ask me to make the changes. In both cases responsibility ends where control ends. The client is responsible for the content, prices and claims that appear on the site, including text I published at their request. I am responsible for the site working, for as long as it is in my care. If you see something wrong on a site I built, tell me and I will pass it to its owner.
Content supplied by clients
I review the texts, images and data I receive for a job, and flag anything that looks wrong. Responsibility for their correctness, however, rests with whoever supplied them. The same applies to usage rights: the client is responsible for having the right to the images and texts they hand me.
The information on this site
What I write here about services, packages and process is information, not a binding offer. The actual scope, deadline and fee are always set out in a written quote after we have talked. I try to keep the site current, but typos and outdated details can occur.
